Foster Parents Needed

Do you have a spare room or bathroom you could share? It won’t be for too long but long enough to save a life. Kitten season is in full bloom and won’t be slowing down anytime soon. It’s been a busy time for all of us with Forever Home Cat Rescue! We are constantly looking for new foster parents who are willing to share their time and, a little space in their home, to love & socialize baby kittens or mom’s with babies until they are ready for adoption.

The more foster parents we have, the more little lives we can save!

Let’s not forget about all the wonderful adult cats needing rescue and looking for homes too! We can also use foster parents who can foster an adult cat until we have space for them in one of our adoption centers inside Petsmart. This helps us learn more about their personality when in a home environment.

Fostering is so rewarding and a good way to give back to your community. We’d love to hear from you! Just click on our Foster tab and fill out a Foster Application.  You can also call 949-829-0036 for more information on becoming a Foster Parent.

      Hi Holly,

We hold adoption events at 3 Petsmart stores on Sat/Sun, 12-3:00pm….Lake Forest, Foothill Ranch, Rancho Santa Margarita. However, anyone needing to rehome a cat needs to call the rescue phone number, 949-829-0036. Leave as much information as possible about the cats–ages, sex, outgoing or shy, spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations, what type of cat and reason for giving them up. The rescue owner gets these messages, and as you can imagine, there are many. It may take days before she gets to returning phone calls as she is busy with pet sitting, meeting with fosters, taking care of many of our cats on a daily basis. We have our kittens and moms/kittens in foster homes and we also board some of our available cats. Unfortunately, we are very limited on space for taking in new cats and I am not sure if we have any open space at the moment. I hope your client finds a home for her cats.
